How can I place an order at Forsaaa?

  • Visit us on Forsaaa.com and select the items you like by clicking on the item, selecting your preferred size and quantity and finally clicking on “Add to Bag”
  • Choose between “Continue Shopping” if you would like to add more items or “Proceed to secure checkout” if you are done shopping.
  • If you are a new customer,click on register and enter your contact details. Otherwise, click on "Log in", and fill your details.
  • Choose your shipping address then “Go to payment”.
  • Choose your desired payment method and click on “Buy Now”. Stay relaxed, we will take care of the rest!

How do I register?

  • Click on “My Account” link at the top right of the page.

Why login and what does it mean?

It is very important for you to have an account and login in order to have full access at Forsaaa. For convenience and security reasons, we need to know your account details in order to allow you to shop with us. If you still do not have an account, please do register here

Do you have a showroom? Where is your store?

We have Four physical stores, Main store in Kuwait and three warehouses Kuwait, China, Turkey. Avoid the crowds at the malls and shop from your desk or home!

Can I come and try on the items before I buy them?

Of course you can, If you are Kuwait resident you can come anytime to visit our store in AL Othman Complex - Hawally from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm / 5:00 pm to 10:00 pm,but since massive orders that we are receiving, store runs out of stock very quickly but don’t worry we have more in our warehouses so we offer a much simpler solution: Everything you see on our website can be bought and delivered to your doorstep free of charge(only $99 or above). In case you don't like your item or it doesn't fit, you can exchange it or order a new item within 15 days.

I placed my first order as a guest. How can I now create an account with the same email address?

When you checkout as a guest, we create an account for you with a temporary password. If you want to use the same email address, go to Login link at the top right of the page and click on “Forgot your Password?”. A password reset email will be sent to you so you can set a password of your choice and continue to use the same email address for your account.

Why do I have to verify my phone number?

For COD (Cash on delivery) orders, we need to make sure your phone number is valid so our courier can get in touch with you to schedule the delivery. When you finish placing your order, we will send a verification code to your mobile. Then we will redirect you to a page where you can enter that code to verify your mobile number.

If you didn’t verify your phone number on checkout and you are a new customer, we cannot confirm your “Cash on Delivery” order until we call you - so hang on tight to your phone! Good news is that once your phone number has been verified, you will not have to go through the phone verification again if you use the same details.

Do you have an Arabic website?

We do have an Arabic website Kuwait up and running! Please click on the corresponding link at the top right of the page to shift to the Arabic version. Enjoy shopping in Arabic!

Returns/exchanges

How can I return an item?

At Forsaaa, we are proud to offer a hassle free return/exchange policy. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from Forsaaa follow the steps below:

  • Contact our customer service team via the orders&returns form or call us at (+965) 900 90703 toll free in Kuwait to initiate the process.
  • We will inform Aramex to get in touch with you to schedule a pickup. We won’t keep you waiting!
  • Once your item gets picked up, your Forsaaa credit will be processed within 48 hours. You can use your credit to order the same item in a different size or just to order any other item you would like!

What is the return notice period?

We provide our customers with a 15-days notice period of returns. Please note that the items must be in the original packaging and must be unused.

Do I get a Refund? Do I get my money back?

Unfortunately we are unable to offer cash back or Credit Card/PayPal refunds. However we offer refunds in the form of Forsaaa credit. This means that if you place an order and you are not satisfied by the product received, we give you the possibility to return it - we would pay the return shipping fees and would issue you credit for the value of the item that you are returning. This will give you the opportunity to choose the size that suits you or to order another item altogether!

For example, if you paid USD 100 for an item, we’ll give you Forsaaa credit for USD 100 after you’ve returned the item to us. Please note that the COD charge - USD 12 - is not refundable, as it goes to the courier company.

How long does it take to get my refund as Forsaaa credit?

The sooner you inform us that you want to initiate a return process the better! Once your item gets picked up, your Forsaaa credit will be processed within 48 hours.

How do I return/exchange an item I purchased with Forsaaa credit?

If you used Forsaaa credit to purchase something from our website and want to return it, we just add the total amount you paid back to your credit. For example, if you ordered dress for USD 100 and used credit for USD 30, you actually paid USD 70. But if the dress do not fit and you want to have them exchanged for a different size, we will top up your credit with USD 100

I have changed my mind. Can I still cancel an order before I receive the item?

At Forsaaa, the most important thing for us is that you feel comfortable buying the items you really want. If you want to cancel an order, the rule is that the sooner you inform us the better! Cancellations depend on whether your order has been shipped or not. Usually, this happens within one business day. Hence, we give you the possibility to cancel your order at a very early stage. If this is the case, please send us a request through the Contact Us form and we will take care of everything!

However, if your order has been shipped we would not be able to cancel it. At that point your next best option is to return the item if you aren’t satisfied with it. Please note that in our efforts to deliver best customer service, we aim to ship your order as soon as possible. Hence, in case you change your mind, we would advise you to Contact Us directly.

Payment Methods

What kind of payment methods do you accept?

KNET CARDS

At Forsaaa, our preferred payment method is by a secure Knet card transaction (only available in Kuwait) . Rest assured, your card number will be protected using industry-leading encryption standards. We guarantee a safe shopping experience on our site. We currently accept Visa and MasterCard. Orders completed with credit cards will not be charged any additional fees.

Cash on Delivery(only available in Kuwait)

For customers without access to a Knet card, we accept Cash on Delivery (COD) as an alternative payment method (only available in Kuwait) and soon in GCC. Using this service, you can select to pay in cash to the delivery agent (ARAMEX) upon receiving your order. Please note that cash payment orders will be charged an additional service fee of KWD 3.00 per order for Kuwait, no matter the number of items your order contains.

Bank Transfer

At Forsaaa, we care for customer that's why we opened two bank accounts, one in the United States of America(TCF Bank) and the second in Kuwait(AUB Bank).

PayPal

We at Forsaaa are proud to offer PayPal as a method of payment! All you have to do is select PayPal as a payment method (after filling in your customer information) and proceed to 'BUY NOW.' You will be redirected to your PayPal account where all your debit or credit card details and address will be displayed, as well as your desired purchase. When you click "Pay Now" the amount will be sent to Forsaaa. If you do not click "Pay Now" within 30 minutes your order will be cancelled.

Western Union

If you prefer to use western union as payment method you can send your payment to beneficiary name: Khaled Mohsen Hasabou, after payment send us your Western union receipt ( MTCN ) number to confirm your payment along with your order number through text message at (+965) 90090703 or on orders and returns page.

Why should I use prepaid methods of payment?

If you use a prepaid method of payment (Credit card or PayPal), you will not have to pay COD (Cash on Delivery) - USD 11. Another benefit is that prepaid orders do not require phone verification so there is a good chance that your order would be processed faster!

Is Forsaaa’s website trusted for online payments?

We actually use industry-leading encryption standards! This encrypts the data you provide to us, ensures it is safe and not accessible to any third party. From your side, the most important is to protect your password. Your data is only used to process orders and to serve you better. It will be under no circumstances disclosed to any third party. My credit card details were rejected! What can I do?

Double check the following common mistakes:

  • Is the card you used for ATM use only?
    • Some cards are not enabled for eCommerce Shopping, Contact your bank to enable your card for online shopping.
  • Did you complete the 3D Secure Check successfully?
    • In order to avail of 3D Secure authentication you must register your credit/debit card. This is a one time process which takes place on the card issuer’s (Bank) website. the process involves the cardholder answering several security questions to which only the card issuer and cardholder will know the answer. The cardholder then selects a password and/or a secret question, which will be used by the card issuer during each online transaction. Contact your bank If you are facing any problems with 3D secure
  • Were the following fields entered correctly – card number, name on card, CVV code, expiry date?
    • Turn your card over and look at the signature box. You should see a special 3-digit code. This 3-digit code is your CVV number / Card Security Code.
  • Is there sufficient limit on your credit card?
    • If the above conditions are met, call your bank to check if your credit card is eligible for online purchases or if there is any other reason blocking it.

How can I search for a product on Forsaaa?

Just enter what you are looking for in our powerful search bar on the top left of the page, and it will give you all the relevant products corresponding to your query. We offer you the possibility to further refine your search through the advanced search bar on the left that appears with your search results. Using advanced search, you can further choose category, brand, color, price, and size as more specific search criteria.

Does Forsaaa guarantee authenticity of its products?

We only sell 100% authentic products at Forsaaa. We stand behind the authenticity of every product we sell. All of our products are sourced from authorized distributors and are premier quality.

The item I want is out of stock. What do I do?

Although we try to have a stock level that will keep up with expected demand, certain items that are highly popular can sometimes run out of stock. Unfortunately we will not be able to provide timelines for when a specific item will be available again. As stocks continuously change and new products are always being added, please continue to check in to see if we have restocked your desired item or another style like it.

What if I don’t like my order? What if it doesn’t fit?

At Forsaaa, we have a 15 days return policy. As long as the products are still in saleable condition, and it is within 5 days of delivery, you can exchange your order or return it for Forsaaa credit.

To request an exchange or Forsaaa credit, please contact our customer support team via e-mail at service@Forsaaa.com or call us at (+965) 900 90703 (Toll free in Kuwait) to schedule a pick up. Once you inform us that the items are on their way to Forsaaa, we will issue Forsaaa credit that you can use to purchase a different size, or a different item altogether.

What if I receive a different item than the one I ordered?

We at Forsaaa take extra care to ensure that you receive what you ordered. In case we made a mistake, please contact us as soon as possible via the Contact Us form, or call us on (+971) 900 90703 (Toll free in Kuwait). We will schedule a pick-up of the item and immediately issue Forsaaa credit to place a new order.

Delivery

Where do you deliver to?

We offer delivery Worldwide.

Please note that if you live beyond the city limits of the location you've selected then it may be necessary to collect your shipment. When you receive shipment confirmation you should make sure to call the local Aramex office on the contact number below to confirm whether or not delivery will be possible.

Do you have extra charges for delivery?

As long as your order amount is more than USD 99, deliveries paid for via Credit Card or PayPal are free of charge! If your order amount is less than USD 99, a shipping fee will be applied. Cash on delivery (COD) orders will be charged an additional USD 11 per order, no matter how many items your order contains(only available in Kuwait)!

Why am I paying shipping charges?

Our free shipping offer is valid for orders of $99 or above. If you choose to purchase less than this amount there will unfortunately be an additional shipping charge depending on your items weight and will be calculate it automatically when you check out.

To avoid this shipping charge in the future you can always buy for $99 or more.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Will you ship to Qatar if I don’t provide a valid ID?

Unfortunately a customs regulation for Qatar&Saudia Arabia requires that we provide a valid personal ID for your shipment. Accepted photo identification documents include:

Drivers license

ID photocopy

If you fail to provide this documentation we won’t be able to ship your order to you.

My order has been shipped, what next?

Our Delivery partner Aramex will contact you once your shipment arrives in the nearest delivery hub to your address.

Once your shipment is received at these locations they will need to contact you to confirm your preferred delivery location and scheduling time.

There are two ways to do this

My Address
You should also receive an SMS through the My Address address concerning a unique pin code. When you enter this on the My Address site you will be able to choose your preferred address and scheduling time.

By Phone
If you are unable to complete My Address. Aramex will call you directly to confirm your scheduling information. Should you not receive a call or My Address SMS you can call Aramex directly.

If you do not complete My Address or confirm your address by phone, Aramex will not be able to deliver your shipment and we may not be able to keep to our delivery promise. So please do make sure to be available on the phone you provided at checkout.

How can I track my order?

When your order is shipped you will receive an SMS and an Email with your shipment details. These messages will contain your Airway Bill Number (AWB) which will be a string of numbers e.g. 3992789952. This shipment number can be used to track your shipment across Aramex.

I've been waiting longer than the delivery promise for my location, what should I do?

First of all we're very sorry that we were not able to meet the delivery promise for your area. Our Forsaaa Delivery Solutions team will contact you soon to support in any way we can.

I don't want to receive my shipment, what should I do?

You can cancel your order at any time before the order has been shipped from our warehouse. Once you've received the shipping confirmation it will not be possible to cancel your order.

Failure to receive a shipment or accept calls from our carrier partner without a legitimate reason may result in your account being blocked from making future cash on delivery orders.

What is the difference between ‘Cash on Delivery’ charge and shipping fee?

We like to give our customers the flexibility of paying cash on delivery but we have to pay our courier an extra fee for all cash on delivery (COD) orders. Hence an extra COD charge is added only when you choose cash as your method of payment. There are no extra fees if you use a credit card, PayPal, Knet or Forsaaa credit because shipping is on us (As long as your order amount is more than USD 99)!

What if the item I received was damaged?

At Forsaaa we always take extra care in packaging your items. However, in case the item you received was damaged, please inform us immediately via the Contact Us form or call us on (+965) 900 90706 toll free in Kuwait.

Can I place an order outside the GCC?

Yes we ship our items Worldwide

How can I change my delivery address?

Please fill in the Contact Us form to notify us of your correct address. Also note that Aramex will call you prior to delivery and you will have a chance to confirm your shipping address to them or change it at that time.

How can I schedule delivery?

One convenient way to schedule delivery is using Aramex's MyAddress service. You should receive a unique pin via SMS from Aramex once your order is ready to be shipped. Once this is received, please go to the following location and enter your pin to schedule your preferred delivery time:http://myaddress.aramex.com/login

Don’t worry if you are unable to schedule using myaddress. In this case, Aramex will directly call you to schedule your delivery. If you don’t receive a call from Aramex, please contact their call center at 01820011 (Kuwait) as soon as possible to avoid any delays. You can also visit your nearest Aramex branch

How secure is shopping on Forsaaa?

Shopping on Forsaaa’s website is guaranteed to be 100% secure. Credit card numbers are never stored on our systems and all payment details are encrypted with the highest levels of security before being transmitted. We follow the most stringent protocols to ensure that each of our customer’s data is protected.

What if I forgot my password?

It is super easy to reset your password! Go to ““My Account”” on Forsaaa.com and click on “Forgot your password?”. Type your email address and then click “Submit”. A password reset link will be sent to your email

Forsaaa Credit

What is Forsaaa credit? How does it work?

You can think of the Forsaaa credit as balance you can spend on future purchases on Forsaaa. Anytime you return something, we will add the price you paid in your Forsaaa credit. You can use it to purchase anything you like on Forsaaa.

What will happen to my previous coupons?

Your previous coupons will be valid until they expire (3 months sincedate of creation). After that, all refunds will be through Forsaaa credit. You also have the option to convert your previous coupons to Forsaaa credit. Just log into your account, put the coupon code there and click on ‘Convert’.

Is it possible to move Forsaaa credit from one account to another?

Not right now but we will provide that functionality very soon, so stay tuned!

Can I use discount coupons while paying through Forsaaa credit?

Absolutely! You can use a discount voucher in the ‘Coupon’ field and choose to pay with your Forsaaa credit.

I cannot see the option to use my Forsaaa credit on checkout.

Please check if you’re logged into your account on Forsaaa. If you don’t remember your password, click on ‘Forgot my password’ and we will be happy to send you a new password. If you’re logged in, any balance from your Forsaaa credit will be automatically applied to your cart value. You will have the option not to use your Forsaaa credit if you want to save it for later.

Will my Forsaaa credit ever expire?

That’s the great thing about Forsaaa credit – it will never expire! You can come back and shop at Forsaaa whenever you want and conveniently use your Forsaaa credit.

Where can I see my Forsaaa credit and activity?

Once you log into your account, you can go to “Forsaaa Credit”. You will see your points balance and transaction history there.
